We’re offering trails for multiple levels, including:
🔎 Senior Trail
🐾 Recruit Trail
🐾 Rookie Trail
🐾 Officer Trail
🐾 Sergeant Trail
🐾 Beginner Runs, no prior experience needed for these.
Whether you’re building foundations or ready for a new challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity to work your dog in a fresh environment and put your teamwork to the test. Each Handler can enter only one Dog per level at this event.
The BMT Sleuth Dog Canine Trailing Trial is a nonprofit-hosted event designed to evaluate a dog’s ability to follow a specific human scent trail for up to a quarter mile. This trial is not about speed or pressure - it’s about teamwork, observation, and allowing your dog to work naturally.
Handlers will experience a structured, real-world trailing environment that supports learning, observation, and teamwork, whether you are new to canine trailing or train regularly.
This event supports Bloodhound Man-Trackers (BMT), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Event fees directly support BMT’s mission, equipment, training, and ongoing nonprofit work.

If more teams apply than available spots, teams will be selected by random draw. Once selected and confirmed, teams will receive a payment link, waiver forms, and a randomly assigned time slot.
